Who deals with customer disputes?

All signage within the car parks will be clearly labeled Gemini Parking Services and will be detailed with our contact details. We have a dedicated team who are available 24hrs a day and will deal with all customer disputes and queries.

How often will you be patrolling the designated area?

We operate a 24hr service with random patrols throughout the day but we can co ordinate patrols around individual requirements.

How is commission paid?

Commission is paid monthly by cheque or by bank transfer.
